Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Monday announced the names of 29 players for the fitness camp which is going to be held in Kakul.
According to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the physical fitness camp is scheduled from tomorrow till April 8.
Muhammad Haris, Salman Ali Agha, Azam Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim, Osama Mir, Muhammad Nawaz, Mehran Mumtaz, Abrar Ahmed, Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah, Muhammad Abbas Afridi, Hasan Ali, Muhammad Ali, Zaman Khan, Wasim Jr, Aamir Jamal, Haris Rauf have been included in the list.
While, fast bowler Mohammad Amir has also been made a part of the fitness camp.
Pakistan Super League’s (PSL) best batsman Usman Khan and emerging player Irfan Khan Niazi were also included.
The training camp will prepare the players for the upcoming series and tournaments including the home T20 series against New Zealand, T20 series against Ireland and England and the ICC T-20 World Cup in West Indies and USA are included.
The main focus of the camp will be on team preparation with the aim of building the players' physical and mental strength and ensuring that they are in the best shape to face the challenges ahead.
Under the guidance of experienced trainers and coaches at the camp, players will undergo a comprehensive program designed to enhance their fitness level, agility, leadership and strategic thinking and overall performance on the field.
