ATC extends bail of PTI leaders in vandalism case
Later then the court completed the attendance and fixed May 17 to divide copies.
Islamabad: The anti-terrorism court (ATC) has extended the bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leaders Faisal Javed and Aamir Mughal in case of vandalism till May 6.
According to the details, judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the case on plea of pre-arrest bail. The applicant Faisal Javed and Aamir Mughal appeared before the court along with their lawyers.
During the hearing, judge Tahir Sipra stated that all the pleas will be heard together. Today (Saturday) the prosecutors are not available.
Applicant’s lawyer said that the challan has submitted in court in this case so the proceedings can be move forward. The court issued notice of arrest warrant against those who are not appearing in the court.
The judge remarked that complete the attendance today and receive the copies. The one who will not be appearing before the court his arrest warrant will be issued. Aamir Mehmood Kiyani did not appear in the court so let’s issue his arrest warrant.
Faisal Javed pleaded from the court to give him a long date in the extension of bail because he is coming from Peshawar amid his case and his attendance is regular.
Court asked from Faisal Javed that you are not living in Islamabad these days and the weather of going Peshawar is not good today.
He replied that today he is in Islamabad and he only comes on weekend to Islamabad.
Later then the court completed the attendance and fixed May 17 to divide copies.
