The petition names the Ministry of Interior, through the Secretary, and the FIA, among others, as respondents

Lahore: Former Punjab Chief Minister Pervez Elahi, along with Rasikh Elahi and Zara Elahi, has filed a petition in the Lahore High Court to have their names removed from the Passport Control List.
The petition names the Ministry of Interior, through the Secretary, and the FIA, among others, as respondents.
The petition argues that Pervez Elahi has already secured bail in the cases registered against him and wishes to travel for Umrah and to the UK between September 20 and October 5. It claims that keeping their names on the Passport Control List violates their basic rights.
The petition requests the court to nullify the action of placing their names on the Passport Control List and to order their removal from the list.
