Missing persons case: Five including girl traced, police reports to court
SHC disposed of the petitions related to the recovery of the five missing persons
Karachi: The Sindh Police traced the missing five citizens from Karachi and submitted the recovery report to the court.
Sindh High Court (SHC) Justice Naimatullah Phalphoto heard the petitions filed for the recovery of missing persons, during which the government lawyer and police officials appeared in the court.
The police submitted a report in the court in which it was stated that the police had traced the five missing citizens from different areas of Karachi.
According to the police report, the girl Tania had got married of her own free will, while the missing citizens Khadim, Hamad, Umair Aziz, and Moeez have returned home.
After the police report, the Sindh High Court disposed of the petitions related to the recovery of the five missing persons.
The court also ordered to speed up steps to recover the missing girl Farwa and others, saying that if someone's child goes missing, think of their condition and look for the child.
On this occasion, the public prosecutor said that the families of some missing persons are not in contact with the police, and most of them do not even participate in the JITs meeting. To which the court directed that the families of the missing persons who are not following the cases should also be searched.
The court ordered the police and government officials to use modern devices to recover the missing citizen Matiullah and others.
