Intermediate results announced in Lahore, Multan and Faisalabad
Three female students of private college secured first position by securing 1,158 marks in the exams
Lahore: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore, Multan, and Faisalabad announced the results for the intermediate examinations.
According to Multan Board Controller Examinations, 79,489 students appeared for the exam of Intermediate Part-II, out of which 50,490 candidates were successful and the success ratio was 63 percent.
The Controller of Examinations informed that three female students of a private college secured first position by securing 1,158 marks in the exams.
On the other hand, a visually impaired student secured a position in the results of intermediate examinations in Faisalabad.
The visually impaired student Haseeb Abbas is a student at a private college and has been studying with normal children, he secured the third position in the Humanity group.
On the other hand, the overall success ratio in the annual examinations of Lahore Board Intermediate was 60.45 percent where 190,218 students participated in the exam and 114,985 candidates passed.
In the Lahore Board, 38,198 candidates passed in Pre-Medical with a success rate of 77.58 percent while 9,528 candidates passed in Pre-Engineering with the success rate of 73.58 percent.
