Met Office issued snow, sleet warnings that will continue until tomorrow

London: Heavy snowfall across the UK overnight and this morning has paralyzed normal life, with schools closed and trains delayed.
More than 220 schools have been closed due to heavy snowfall and thousands of passengers are facing difficulties due to train delays, according to a report by the World News Agency.
The Met Office said that snow and sleet warnings will continue in various parts of the country until tomorrow.
Large parts of the UK are covered in snow as the country gets its first taste of winter.
The Met Office has issued severe weather warnings for snow and sleet in Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, central and south Wales, and the eastern counties from the Scottish borders to Norfolk.
Meteorologists added that this is due to Arctic sea air, which means that it will be very cold all week.
