Punjab police arrest all 33 nominated accused in Mian Channu lynching case

Lahore: Khanewal police claim to have arrested all 33 nominated accused of Mian Channu lynching case.   

Police teams conducted raids on daily basis in Mian Channu and Khanewal areas to arrest the accused. 

During raids, police arrested all 33 nominated accused while with the help of available videos 5 more main accused have also been arrested whose roles are being determined. 

According to a Punjab police spokesman, a total number of accused in major role has reached to 38. 

Police have so far arrested a total of 119 suspects whose role is being determined and the accused will be punished as per the legal requirements.
