Baby girl dies after being thrown into drain in Chiniot

Chiniot: Two-year-old girl was killed after the opponents of her mother threw her in a drain in Chiniot on Saturday, GNN reported.

The victim identified as Anaya was accompanying her mother at the the time of the incident. The minor died by the time she was recovered from water. 

The incident took place in Chekriwala area of City police station.

The body was shifted to the state hospital for postmortem. Police have launched investigation.
