Another blow to Tareen Group, Provincial minister Asif Nakai to meet PM Imran Khan
The JKT group said that Usman Buzdar was not acceptable in any case.
Lahore: Another blow to Jahangir Khan Tareen (JKT) group, Provincial Minister Asif Nakai to meet Prime Minister Imran Khan to discuss the ongoing changing political scenario of Punjab amid heating political situation, GNN reported.
According to details, the provincial minister, who recently joined Tareen group, has confirmed his meeting with the prime minister.
Members of the Jahangir Khan Tareen (JKT) group have announced boycotting the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Punjab parliamentary party meeting called by Prime Minister Imran Khan in Lahore today.
In this regard, Provincial Minister Asif Nakai said that he was going to the Prime Minister's House to meet the Prime Minister today and rejected Tareen group's decision of boycotting a meeting called by the premier.
He said that he is with Imran Khan, explaining that he went to the meeting of Tareen group to convince them. "They agreed that time but now announced to boycott the meeting ", he added.
Tareen group has announced that none of its members will become part of any of the party’s parliamentary party meetings as long as Usman Buzdar holds the office of the Chief Minister.
The JKT group said that Usman Buzdar was not acceptable in any case.
