The estranged (PTI) leader Aleem Khan reportedly held a 3-hour long meeting with former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in London on Wednesday (March 9).

Islamabad: Disgruntled Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Aleem Khan has held a three-hour long meeting with former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in London and discussed the latest political situation in the country, GNN reported Friday, citing sources.
According to reports, the meeting took place between the two leaders on Wednesday and was also joined by the sons of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Supremo Nawaz Sharif— Hussain Nawaz Sharif and Hassan Nawaz Sharif— and Ishaq Dar.
Both leaders exchanged views on current political situation of the country including no-trust motion and in-house change in Punjab, said sources
This comes amidst ongoing whirling situation of political developments in Pakistan—with hectic contacts and meetings.
Aleem Khan had flown to London after announcing that his group would join sugar baron Jahangir Tareen’s dissident group.
Reports quoting sources stated that the disgruntled PTI leader might announce joining PML-N soon.
Further details regarding the high-profile political meeting are yet to arrive.
On Thursday, Aleem Khan, who had recently joined the Tareen group, met PM Imran Khan in Lahore and had left for London to meet Jahangir Tareen.
It is pertinent to mention here, for past few weeks, former provincial minister Aleem Khan become highly active and had been visiting the Jahangir Khan Tarin (JKT) camp.
