Maryam Nawaz said that it should save its respect and avoid attacks as such acts have always backfired

Lahore: Giving a strong reaction to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Parliamentarians and workers attack Sindh House, Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader Maryam Nawaz said such an act of bullying against opposition cannot save the government.
In her tweet message to Imran Khan-led government, Maryam Nawaz said that it should save its respect and avoid attacks as such acts have always backfired.

Earlier, the activists of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) broke open the main gate of the Sindh House and entered the property.
Policemen deployed at the Sindh House and PTI activists have come face to face. Islamabad police have also arrived to handle the untoward situation, but to no avail.
The PTI workers chanted slogans against the PTI MNAs and in the support of Prime Minister Imran Khan. PTI MNA Atta Ullah Niazi is also present along with the workers.
Initially the protest began peacefully, but it soon took a violent turn as demonstrators broke the gate open and stormed inside the Sindh House.
Hordes of PTI workers, including the youth members of the party, started demonstrating outside the lodges.
They also smashed the lotay with their feet. A lota is a derogatory term in Pakistani politics, used for turncoats.
Furthermore, the PTI and ISF workers in Faisalabad also protested against MNA Raja Riaz at the Zila Council Chowk. The protesters demanded Riaz resign from the party.
The demonstrators held placards and posters depicting the faces of the MNAs covered in black ink. A huge crowd blocked the road and chanted slogans against the MNAs.
A similar protest also took place in Peshawar.
