The opposition is all set to remove the speaker of the National Assembly through its no-trust motion

Islamabad: Following the no-confidence motions against Prime Minister Imran Khan and Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, the joint opposition has now submitted a no-trust motion against National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser, GNN reported.
The opposition submitted the motion to the assembly secretary on Sunday a little before the voting on its earlier no-confidence resolution against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The opposition is all set to remove the speaker of the National Assembly through its no-trust motion, which carries the signatures of more than 100 lawmakers.
Earlier, the opposition parties held an important meeting at the Opposition Leader’s Chamber in the Parliament and deliberated on submitting the no-confidence motion against NA Speaker Qaiser.
Ayaz Sadiq, Naveed Qamar, Shahida Akhtar Ali, Khursheed Shah, and other opposition leaders attended the meeting.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also posted a copy of the no-trust motion submitted against the NA speaker on his Twitter account with a one-word caption: SURPRISE.
