Five die as truck rams into rickshaw in Rajanpur

Rajanpur: Five passengers were killed while 1 sustained serious injuries as a truck rammed into a rickshaw in Rajanpur on Sunday morning.

According to details, the deadly accident happened near Rajanpur's Indus Highway No 74. The accident left five people dead and another seriously injured.

The dead included two real brothers — Niaz Ahmed and Mukhtar Ahmed — both died on the spot.

Rescue 1122 and Umerkot Police personnel rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies to a hospital.  

The truck driver managed to run away from the accident site.
