Even if an offer is made to send this govt packing, I will not go abroad: Maryam
Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz has clarified that even if an offer is made to send the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) home, she will not go abroad.

Speaking to media at Jati Umrah, she said lashed out at National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for moving Lahore High Court (LHC) to seek cancellation of her bail in Chaudhry Sugar Mills case.
“NAB has become an institution of political victimization. This government is also using the judiciary against its opponents,” she said.
Maryam further said that whenever the anti-corruption watchdog will summon her she will appear before NAB to expose it.
“If you think you can intimidate me by threatening me of getting my bail revoked and sending me in jail, it won’t work. I am not afraid of detentions and threats.”
She further stated that ‘fake’ leaders are in panic condition due to the popularity of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).
“They resort to arrests and threats whenever opposition talks about the rallies or long march,” she added.
Referring to the controversial statement of PML-N leader Javed Latif, Maryam said that his statement was distorted.
"I have no doubt about Javed Latif's patriotism. Long live Pakistan and it will remain so," she said.
Javed Latif had said that if anything happens to Maryam Nawaz, then the "PML-N will not say Pakistan Khappay", unlike Zardari, who had used those words after former premier Benazir Bhutto was assassinated.
