Abbottabad: The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf is all set to hold a power show in Abbottabad later today, GNN reported on Sunday.
According to details, PTI Chairman Imran Khan will address the gathering in Abbottabad at 2pm today as a part of his mass contact campaign. All preparations have been made for the public rally. The stage has been prepared for the rally. The length of the stage is 20 ft high while its width is 60 ft long.
The party administrators held separate meetings to review and give final touches to the public meeting. The College Ground, Abbottabad has been decorated with PTI banners and big panaflexes adorning pictures of Imran Khan and other party leaders.
A large number of PTI supporters have already reached the venue.
According to local PTI leaders, it will be the biggest ever public rally in the history of Abbottabad. People in the shape of big caravans coming from all four tehsils of Abbottabad have started thronging the College Ground.
They are coming from Abbottabad Galyat, Circle Balkot, Circle Lora, and Tanawal to listen to the address of their leader.
Earlier, PTI Chief Imran Khan in his special message called upon the masses to fully participate in the rally.
“Do you know why I am coming to Abbottabad? Because we are protesting against the ‘imported’ government. I’m preparing the nation for the Islamabad march,” Imran addressed to the masses in his message.
