Peshawar: Police officer killed in 'targeted' attack 

Peshawar: Police officer Shakeel Khan, who was posted as Station House Officer (SHO) Police Station (PS) Shahpur, was killed by two unknown miscreants at the Chimkni bypass Peshawar, GNN reported. 

Some yet-to-be-identified gunmen on Thursday shot dead a police man. 

As per details, the police officer was on his way to Police Station when the incident occurred and unknown assailants sprayed his vehicle with bullets. 

The cop died on the spot following the firing of the armed men. 

An inquiry has been initiated. Police says raids are being conducted to find and arrest the culprit.

Police said that the unidentified armed men opened fire on Ehsanullah when he was returning to his home after performing duties.
