100 anti-riot force personnel will also be on standby in each constituency

Lahore: The Punjab Police have finalized the security plan for by-polls in 20 constituencies of the province.
In a statement on Thursday, DIG operation Punjab Police Waqas Nazir said more than 52,000 personnel in 14 districts of Punjab will be on duty in the by-elections.
He said 100 anti-riot force personnel will also be on standby in each constituency to control any emergency situation.
"A special Control Room has been set up in the Central Police Office for monitoring the election process", Waqas Nazir concluded.
