Multan: Unofficial results of 5 polling stations at PP-217 Multan suggest PML-N's Salman Naeem is taking lead of 1,117 votes over PTI's Zain Qureshi with 1,064 votes.
Counting is underway after polling in the by-elections in the 20 Punjab constituencies, which will decide the fate of Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz.
