Karachi: Sindh government has introduced Integrated Financial Management Information System to automate the salary and pension system of local bodies’ employees and pensioners in the province.
As per details, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in this regard between Controller General of Accounts Islamabad, Sindh Local government and the Finance Department in Karachi.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah witnessed the MoU signing ceremony.
In the first phase, the new system will be introduced in Karachi and then in rest of the province.
