'Coalition govt may reduce petroleum prices up to Rs15 per litre'
OGRA has reportedly started work on a summary in light of decrease in global oil prices

Islamabad: The coalition government is expected to reduce the petroleum prices by up to Rs15 per litre, some media reports suggest.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has started working on a new summary regarding the prices of petroleum products, according to which the prices of petroleum products are likely to be reduced by Rs 15 per litre.
Theere is possibility of Rs12 per litre reduction in petrol price and Rs15 in diesel price.
The summary for determining the new prices will be sent to the Finance Ministry on August 13, after which the new prices will be announced on August 15 after the approval of the Prime Minister.
