Sheikhupura: Following an unfortunate incident, at least five people were killed while twelve others sustained serious injuries on Sunday after a passenger bus collided with a troller near Sadhoke in Shekhupura.
According to details, the accident occurred when the over-speeding passenger bus rammed into a troller that was coming from the opposite direction on GT road, killing five people including a woman and two minor brothers.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased and injured to a nearby hospital.
Several people of the injured were in critical condition.
As per Police, the deadly crash was due to over-speeding and negligence of the bus driver.
Moreover, an investigation was launched into the accident.
