Makassar: Two suspected suicide bombers detonated explosives outside a Catholic church in the Indonesian city of Makassar on Sunday, injuring fourteen people.

The blast wounded at least 14 people including church workers and worshippers.
As per police officials, the worshipers were inside the church at the time of the explosion.
"We see that there are victims and parts of human bodies have been torn apart. We do not know yet whether they are from the perpetrator or from the people who were close by," added police.
A priest at the church, told that the suspected bomber tried to enter the church grounds on a motorbike, but had been stopped by guards.
The priest was leading mass at the time of the explosion.
He further stated that the explosion occurred at about 10:30am (03:30 GMT). The blast happened by the church's side entrance.
Moreover, the footage from security cameras showed fire, smoke and debris being blown into the middle of the road.

Police recovered a destroyed motorbike and body parts at the scene, but they had yet to be identified.
