Cabinet members have objections on State Bank of Pakistan amendment bill 2021, reveals Imran Yuqub Khan
Islamabad: Several government parliamentarians and members of the cabinet have extreme reservations about the proposed State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) amendment bill 2021.

Speaking in the GNN programme ‘View Point’ senior journalist and analyst Imran Yuqub Khan has said that many cabinet members are annoyed over the proposed SBP ‘absolute autonomy’ bill.

Further, the veteran analyst exposed that MPs from the ruling PTI are instructed to sit quietly and pave the way to get the proposed Bill passed in the assembly.
“I always say that whenever governments try to bulldoze such things, then someone is behind.”
