Islamabad: The "Third Inter-Parliamentary Union Regional Seminar on Achieving Sustainable Development Goals for Parliaments of Asia-Pacific" is beginning in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The National Assembly is hosting the two-day event.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will attend its inaugural session.
The seminar aims to highlight the vulnerabilities of developing countries, especially in the Asia-Pacific region, to the ever-intensifying impacts of global climate change.
