The greenback settled at Rs228.45

Karachi: The US dollar continued its downward trend in the valu against Pakistan Rupee on the last trading day on Friday.
According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the greenback further weakned Rs1.18 against the local unit-- a deprciation of 0.52 per cent.

The dollar has lost Rs11.20 against the rupee in the ending week of this month.
The dollar ws traded in Rs230 in the open market.
