The yellow metal price settled at Rs148,300 per tola in the local bullion markets

Karachi: The price of gold soared Rs950 per tola in the local bullion markets on the first trading day on Monday.
The data of Sindh Sarafa Bazar Jewellers Association showed that the price of yellow metal jumped Rs950 per tola to Rs148, 300 per tola, and 10 grams gold price increased Rs814 to settle at Rs127,143 per 10 grams.
In the international market, the precious metal also got dearer $13 and settled at $1,657 per ounce.
