Imran Khan is also on interim bail in prohibited funding case till October 31
Islamabad: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad Monday granted interim bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in the case of violating Section 144 and interfering in the affairs of the state.
According to details, ATC judge Jawad Hassan Abbas heard the case that had been registered against PTI chairman on the charge of violating Section 144 and interfering in the state affairs.
Imran Khan appeared before the anti-terrorism court.
ATC judge Jawad Hassan Abbas approved interim bail till October 31 against surety bonds of Rs100,000.
It is pertinent to mention that former Prime Minister Imran Khan is also on interim bail in prohibited funding case till October 31.
