Four killed, eight injured in car-van crash 

Dera Ismail Khan: In an unfortunate incident, at least four people lost their lives while eight others sustained serious injuries in a horrific car-van collision on Tuesday at Chahkan near Dera Ismail Khan. 

According to the details, the terrible accident resulted in at least four casualties including a woman and a child.  

As per media reports, the mini-mazda was full of laborers. 

Rescue teams and police reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased and injured to District Headquarter Hospital (DHQ) hospital.  

The cause of the unfortunate crash is yet to be ascertained.

Police, however, cordoned off the area and started an investigation into the incident.
