The yellow metal's price settled at Rs151,550 in the local bullion markets

Karachi: Gold price witnessed a surge in the local bullion markets in the country on Wednesday, gaining Rs450 per tola.
According to the Sindh Sarafa Bazaar Association, the gold price settled at Rs151, 500 per tola after recording Rs450 per tola increase, while 10 grams gold price jumped by Rs380 per tola to settle at Rs129, 930 per 10 grams.
In the international market, the price of precious commodity increased by $2 per ounce to settle at $1,655.
