In the meeting, it was also agreed to promote military and defense cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.


AlUla: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir met Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman, Saudi press reported on Monday.
According to Saudi reports, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman welcomed Pakistani Army Chief General Asim Munir in the winter camp and congratulated him on becoming Army Chief and agreed to strengthen bilateral relations.
In the meeting, it was also agreed to promote military and defense cooperation between Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Pakistan.
Turning to Twitter, the Saudi press also shared the pictures of the crown prince's reception for the army chief at his winter camp in the Saudi city of AlUla.

Saudi Arabia’s Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman and National Security Adviser Dr Musaed bin Muhammad al Aiban also attended the reception.
Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) had stated that the army chief during the week-long visit would be meeting the senior leadership of both countries and discussing matters of mutual interest, military-to-military cooperation and bilateral relations focusing on security-related subjects.
