The PTI Chairman and former Prime Minister has said that first it was Musharraf who gave NRO to these people and now it was Bajwa who approved NRO two.

Lahore: PTI Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan said that what would happen to the common citizens and especially to the overseas Pakistanis if the person like him who served the country as Prime Minister and was chairman of the major political party was being depriving of justice.
Imran Khan said that first it was Musharraf who gave NRO to these people and now it was Bajwa who approved NRO two.
“Justice comes first and then follows the prosperity,” said Imran Khan, regretting that he served prime minister of this country but he could not get justice.
“What the common man can expect and what the overseas Pakistan can think about when I failed to get justice,” said Imran Khan. He pointed out that why people preferred to go to the UK or other developed states; the reason is quite clear that there is rule of law as their hard work is acknowledged.
He stated that the country was undergoing the history’s worst economic crisis and no country was willing to give loan.
The PTI Chairman also regretted that the inflation was touching the sky and unemployment doubled fold. In his view, the crisis is manufactured and the incumbent government in the center was responsible of it. He added that
“Here the big thieves have been made to sit in the power corridors. I mean they got their cases shut down and there is such precedent in the democratic setup,” he added.
He asked the people to collectively fight for the rule of law and termed this struggle as ‘Jihad’.
He also quoted Hazrat Ali (R.A) that he had said that “system of injustice cannot work,”. He also gave reference of Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A), saying that the first Khalifa of Islam emphasized most upon the dispensation of justice. Similarly, Hazrat Umar (R.A) also stressed upon justice and maintained it.
“Azam Swati, a senator, was tortured early in the morning at 3 am before his children and he was booked in 30 different cases. I failed to get my case registered but he was booked in all these cases over just a tweet,” said Imran Khan, adding that this action against Senator Swati brought bad name to the country across the world.
He stated that it was now turning point either we should face devastation or must take stand for reforms.
“We have fallen down that our PM is seeking friendship with India despite countless atrocities in Occupied Kashmir,” he added.
He also urged the legal fraternity to stand up for the rule of law and support his cause.
“I raised voice for free judiciary movement in the past and now again working on it,” he added.
He regretted that the police was not ready to hear them as the most powerful people were sitting behind and making decision in the closed doors.
“Who is disrupting dispensation of justice?,” he questioned, saying that JIT made for his case was pressurized.
“it is a challenge now from the God. If you want security and safety then bring justice back to this country. Hazrat Ali (R.A) said System of injustice cannot work. Nobody is ready to give us loan,” said Khan.
He went on to say that “Floods was being sold out to get money and before that they used to say that they were fighting against terrorism,”.
“Indian TVs are making fun of Shehbaz Sharif who is seeking friendship with India. This is such a humiliation which I never witnessed before,” he added.
