Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Wednesday extended the working hours of restaurants by one hour to remain operational till 11pm in Punjab, reportedly.
According to the details, Justice Shahid Karim of LHC issued the decision of the previous hearing of the smog case in which the court increased the working hours of restaurants by one hour.
Shahid Karim said in his decision that restaurants are allowed to remain open till 11pm and home delivery service can be continued till 12:30am.
The court directed the traffic police to provide telephone numbers for traffic inquiry on roads and asked the environment secretary for a report on measures taken to eradicate smog.
