The Punjab Inspector General of Police says that they have found the evidence against the claims of the PTI, all the investigations details and proofs will be shared with the father of the deceased and will be presented before the court.

Lahore: Punjab interim Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Saturday said that Ali Bilal was killed in a car accident.
The Interim chief minister rejected the PTI’s claim that its worker Ali Bilal was killed in the police custody.
He expressed these words while addressing a press conference in Lahore. Punjab Inspector General of Police Usman Anwar was also present there with him.
PTI had claimed that Ali Bilal known as Zille Shah was killed in the police custody during the clash with the PTI workers.
The horrific images of the deceased went viral on the social media and now more details about the death of Ali Bilal surfaced on the social media including footage of Revo vehicle which is said was used to shift Zille Shah to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
CM Naqvi said that Raja Shakeel informed PTI leader Yasmin Rashid about the death of the worker, saying that he was hit by the car.
He said Yasmin Rashid asked Shakeel—who is also member of the PTI—to come with her to Zaman Park where he went while leaving the driver in the car.
The CM said that Yasmin Rashid went to Zaman Park and told Shakeel not to be worried.
Later, Yasmin, he said, told the entire incident to other party leaders and sent Shakeel from Zaman Park while the driver of the car also changed his appearance as he shaved his beard off.
The CM claimed that the election date of April 30 was approaching and the efforts were underway to destroy law and order situation.
“They [the PTI] should have taken the rally a couple of days after,” he added.
He stated that Section 144 was imposed due to Aurat March and pointed out that the father of the deceased was offered money to stand his ground but he knew that it was not right.
The Punjab government, CM Naqvi said, would financially help the family.
He regretted that he was accused of murder, raising a question that whether it was easy to accuse some of murder.
PTI, he said, was openly demanding registration of FIR for the murder.
CM Naqvi asked the PTI not to make false accusations and mislead everyone.
While IGP said that the person who brought Ali Bilal to the hospital was arrested and would soon be presented before the court.
“The vehicle which was used to shift Zille Shah belongs to Raja Shakeel,” said the IGP, adding that Shakeel left for Zaman Park with Rashid leaving behind the car’s driver Jahanzaib, one of the two people arrested by the police.
He claimed that the video went viral on the social media is fake.
The IGP said that the evidence was found against the claims made by the PTI and the conspiracy failed.
He stated that action would be taken if abuse by the police was proved, adding that the deceased PTI worker’s father Liaquat Ali had also appealed for an investigation into his son’s death.
The IGP said that the a video of a black vehicle which shifted the deceased to Service Hospital was reported and the vehicle was recovered with the help of 31 CCTV cameras and GPS from the Waris Shah road.
The body of the deceased was brought to Services Hospital at 6: 52 am, said the IGP, adding that the there was no conspiracy to kill the PTI worker.
“The investigation of the case will be shared with father of Ali Bilal and he will be provided all the evidences,” he added.
The IGP also said that all the proofs would be produced before the court.
