Contempt of court case: Court issues non-bailable arrest warrant against Imran
Court ordered to present him before court on March 29.


Islamabad: A District and Sessions court Monday issued non-bailable arrest warrant against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan rejecting his exemption plea from hearing in threatening female judge case.
According to the details, Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim ordered to arrest Imran khan on march 29 and present him before court.
Earlier today, the judge had warned that if Imran Khan would not appear in the court, non-bailable arrest warrant would be issued against him in the case.
Imran’s lawyer Naeem Panjhota submitted the application for his non-appearance in the court on the basis of security threats.
Responding to which judge Rana Mujahid stated that if he would not appear in the court than non-bailable arrest warrant will be issued against Imran.
Court has asked Imran to appear before court to submit the copies of the case which had been registered in Margala police station.
