Twitter blocks account of Pakistani govt in India
The account of the government of Pakistan is active in America, Canada and other countries.
Twitter has blocked the Pakistani government account in India for the second time in six months.
According to the British news agency Reuters, a notice issued on Twitter on Thursday said that the Twitter account of the Pakistani government has been blocked in India.
The notice stated that the company's guidelines oblige it to freeze an account in response to a valid legal demand.
Reportedly, the account of the government of Pakistan is active in America, Canada and other countries.
The news agency said that no statement has come out from Pakistani or Indian authorities including Twitter.
