Karachi: 20-year-old security guard killed in firing
Police said that the guard died by accidentally firing his own weapon.
Karachi: A 20-year-old security guard was killed due to firing in Baloch Colony Admin Society, Karachi late at night.
According to the police, a 20-year-old victim was identified as Acher Khan and was from Jacobabad.
Police said that the guard died by accidentally firing his own weapon. The incident is not known as suicide, however the investigation is underway.
On the other hand, during the alleged police encounter in New Karachi and Korangi Zaman Town, three accused were arrested in injured condition and weapons were recovered.
In another incident, police arrested fake Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) officers during operation near Site Super Highway. The accused were identified as Malik Zohaib and Ehsanullah, who used to pretend to be CTD officials and used the vehicle with fake official number plates.
