No constitution if SBP does not release funds for Punjab polls, says Imran Khan
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan said that "we are in talks, although according to the Constitution, there is no need for negotiations

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on Monday said that if the State Bank did not give money as directed by the Supreme Court, it meant that the rule of law and constitution ended in Pakistan.
While having an informal talk with journalists in a courtroom, former Prime Minister Imran Khan said that "we are in talks, although according to the Constitution, there is no need for negotiations. Elections cannot be held outside of 90 days, and beyond that, the Constitution ceases to exist. The entire legal community agrees on this. After 90 days, the caretaker government will have no constitutional status. Whatever they do beyond 90 days will be unconstitutional."

Imran Khan said that the caretaker government should be appointed by removing the current one, whose only task should be to hold elections. This caretaker government has come with some other agenda, it is doing everything except holding elections.
This caretaker government is carrying out retaliatory actions which were never taken by the elected governments. This is part of the London Plan where a promise was made to Nawaz Sharif.
Imran Khan has said that this movement is based on the agenda of putting up justice and ending Nawaz Sharif's cases.
“Who says that our relations with America and Saudi Arabia were deteriorated, General Bajwa ran a campaign against us, they wanted an extension?,” he asked.
Imran Khan has further stated that our pleasant relations with China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Trump, and Boris Johnson, who asks them who say that these are our relations. In Pakistan, basic human rights are already being violated, people are first abducted and then charged. Wherever you look, it is a PTI man, our media has been blacked out.
