The court has directed Parvez Elahi to approach the concerned court.

Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) Tuesday approved the protective bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) president and former Chief Minister of Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi till May 15 and also prevented immediate arrest, GNN reported.
The court has directed Parvez Elahi to approach the concerned court.
Parvez Elahi reached Lahore court for bail in the attack case during the operation at his residence.
The former Chief Minister of Punjab had filed an appeal for protective bail in the case registered in the Ghalib Market Lahore police station.
The petition stated that LHC had granted protective bail till May 6, despite the court order, an operation was carried out by the police to arrest him.
The attempt to arrest him by the police is clearly tantamount to contempt of court, he added.
On behalf of Parvez Elahi, it was requested that contempt of court action should be taken against Inspector General (IG) Punjab, Director General (DG) Anti-Corruption and others for violating the court order.
