Resident of Rawalakot, Zahid Hussain, announces the transfer of all his land in Maryam Nawaz's name via stamped papers.


Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice-President and Chief Organizer of Muslim League-N Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Saturday was gifted 50,000 kanals of land in Azad Kashmir by a citizen.
Resident of Rawalakot, Zahid Hussain, announced the transfer of all his land in Maryam Nawaz's name via stamped papers.
According to legal documents shared on Twitter, Hussain stated, "I, Zahid Hussain son of Walait Hussain, in my senses and without any force or pressure, gift all my land, whether 50,000 kanals or 32,000 kanals, to Maryam Nawaz Sharif, daughter of Nawaz Sharif."

Maryam Nawaz expressed her shock and disbelief on Twitter, stating, "Why did he do this? Even though it is extremely touching." She accompanied her message with a heart and high-five emoji.
Hussain clarified that Maryam Nawaz has the option to use the land for any purpose, such as building a hospital or for agricultural use.
The citizen who gifted the land said that Maryam Nawaz has left behind nearly 50 kanals of land worth for the heirs and children in her life, and after a 50% deduction for transfer fees and a 100% deduction after death, she will own 100% of the land. Additionally, Maryam Nawaz will also receive approximately 80 million Pakistani rupees in compensation.
