Army will work together with the district administration to establish law and order


Lahore: Government of PakistanWednesday announced to deploy Pakistan Army in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to maintain law and order.
The services of the Pakistan Army were requested by the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governments, on which the Federal Ministry of Interior approved the services of the Pakistan Army.
According to the Interior Department, the services of ten companies of the Pakistan Army have been handed over to the Punjab government.
Army will work together with the district administration to establish law and order and will support the administration.
The Federal Ministry of Interior has issued a notification for the deployment of army in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
