After court’s order to immediately release Imran Khan, he had been shifted to Police Lines Guest House


Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan had ordered to present Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan before court when he was in National Accountability Bureau (NAB’s) custody.
According to details, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Atta Bandial declared the rarest of Imran Khan illegal and ordered to release him immediately.
On the occasion of his appearance in the court, CJP while talking to the PTI Chairman said, “Welcome Mr. Khan!” Nice to see you.
Imran Khan said, “As bad as I was treated has never happened to anyone”.
Justice Athar Minullah remarked that as the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Justcie Aamer Farooq gave legal relief to various people. You are lucky that nothing yet has happened to you.
Chief Justice Bandyal said there are many cases against you, Khan responded there are not so many cases.
Umar added, “Many cases have been filed against you by ‘them’, you know who I am talking about”.
They have also made many sacrifices, of course you do not like your opponents, but sit with them and have a political dialogue, he stated.
“When you represent people under the constitution, you have constitutional responsibilities. You start the dialogue, it will bring peace in the society, Umar advised Khan.
Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that after the call-up notice, you to appear before NAB.
Imran Khan said that he will do whatever the court says, he will appear in every case.
After court’s order to immediately release Imran Khan, he had been shifted to Police Lines Guest House and ordered to approach the Islamabad High Court (IHC) again tomorrow.
