All of the party leader have been arrested under section three of the Maintenance of Public Order (3MPO).


Lahore: The senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Dr. Yasmin Rashid and senior Vice President Dr. Shireen Mazari have been arrested.
According to details, Dr. Yasmin has been arrested at 6:30 am on Friday from Cavalry Ground, area of Lahore, PTI leader Andleeb Abbas confirmed.
Andleeb said that 40 to 50 police officers and people wearing normal clothes raided the house she was residing in.
Yasmin Rashid was arrested when she was leaving for Islamabad along with a convoy of PTI workers. Two days earlier, Dr. Yasmin’s husband and brother-in-law were also arrested. However her husband was released over health concerns.
Whereas Shireen Mazari has been arrested on early hours of Friday from her residence in Islamabad.
A heavy contingent of police wearing normal clothes forcefully entered the residence of Mazari. When police arrived to arrest Shireen Mazari she was present at her residence.
