CEO Education Lahore has directed that the orders of School Education Punjab should be implemented.


Lahore: Conducting summer camps and any kind of exams during summer vacations in private schools of Lahore have been banned.
According to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Education Authority Lahore Pervaiz Akhtar, no school or academy will be allowed to conduct summer camps and take exams during summer vacations.
The authorities have also constituted committees, district and center level teams consisting of three District Education Officer (DEOs), 12 Deputy District Education Officer (DDEOs) and 50 Assistant Education Officer (AEOs) who will submit reports on daily basis.
CEO Education Lahore has directed that the orders of School Education Punjab should be implemented, there will be a ban on taking any type of exams during holidays.
The teams will visit their areas in District Lahore and any institution found guilty of violation, strict action will be taken against it.
Akhtar says that during the holidays there will be complete ban on all kinds of curricular and extra-curricular activities in schools, however, in case of violation parents can apply in the complaint cell of CEO Education Office.
