Meta plans to integrate AI into Facebook, Instagram
Meta is all set to join Google, and Microsoft in integrating AI into Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.

California: Meta led by CEO Mark Zuckerberg, has unveiled its intention to integrate generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its popular platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.
This is similar to tech giants like Google and Microsoft, who have been already using generative AI in their products.
During an internal meeting, Zuckerberg shared Meta's vision of implementing AI text, image, and video generators into the platforms, aiming to revolutionize user experiences.
Examples showcased during the meeting highlighted the potential for users to add text prompts to photos before sharing them on Instagram and the inclusion of AI-powered chatbots with diverse personalities in Messenger and WhatsApp.
However, a specific timeline for the implementation of these features has yet to be disclosed.
Meta plans to provide employees with access to internal generative AI tools for prototyping.
