12 killed in Azad Kashmir, Sheikhupura accidents
Rescue teams shifted the dead and injured to nearby hospital.
Kashmir: In unfortunate incidents, 12 passengers have been killed in traffic accidents took place in Azad Kashmir and Sheikhupura.
According to reports, a bus full of pilgrims fell into a ditch at Nar, area in Kotli Azad Kashmir, where nine passengers were killed.
Rescue team stated that there were more than 35 pilgrims in the bus, out of which nine passengers died while several people sustained the injuries who were shifted to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Mirpur.
Pilgrims were returning from the commemoration ceremony of Nerian Sharif.
On the other hand, three passengers were killed, while three were seriously injured when a passenger bus overturned near Lahore Motorway-M3 Faizpur.
Rescue teams shifted the dead and injured to nearby hospital.
According to Motorway Police spokesperson, the accident involving the overturning bus near Faizpur Interchange occurred due to the carelessness of driver. The ill-fated bus was moving from Kot Addo to Lahore.
