Pakistan football team has been granted permission to travel to India for the upcoming SAF Championship 2023.


Islamabad: The Ministry of Interior and the Inter-Provincial Coordination Committee have issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Pakistan's participation in the championship in India.
To participate in the SAF Championship, the Pakistan football team will obtain visas for their journey from Mauritius to India.
Currently, the national team is in Mauritius for the four-nation tournament, with their final match against Djibouti scheduled for tomorrow.
On June 18th, the national football team will depart from Mauritius and head to Mumbai, India, where the SAF Championship will commence on June 21st.
During the SAF Championship, the Pakistani team will play their first match against traditional rivals India on June 21st, followed by matches against Kuwait on June 24th and Nepal on June 27th.
