Two killed in Kalma Chowk underpass accident

Lahore: In a terrible traffic accident, two people were killed, while one sustained the injuries near Kalma Chowk underpass in Lahore on Friday.

According to the police, three people on a motorcycle collided with the pillar of Kalma Chowk underpass. Resultantly, two people died on the spot while one was seriously injured.

Police and rescue teams immediately reached the spot soon after getting the information.

The rescue team shifted the bodies of the victims to the mortuary while the injured person was shifted to Jinnah Hospital for immediate treatment.

Investigation by police is underway to ascertain the cause of the accident.
