Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party President has held several meetings with former MNAs, MPAs since taking charge of the party


Lahore: Former Members Provincial Assembly (MPAs) Ch Zaheer-ud-Din and Farukh Mumtaz Maneka call on Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) President Abdul Aleem Khan here in Lahore on Saturday.
The meeting was also attended by senior politician Muhammad Shah Khagga.
The ongoing political situation of the country was discussed during the meeting. Moreover, the organizational campaign of the party was also discussed in the meeting. Former MPAs including Ch Zaheer-ud-Din, Farukh Mumtaz Maneka and Muhammad Shah Khagga expressed full confidence in the leadership of Abdul Aleem Khan.
Since taking the charge of newly launched IPP, Aleem Khan has held several meetings with former parliamentarians during last few days.
Earlier this week, the first high-level meeting of IPP was held in Lahore that was chaired by party’s President Abdul Aleem Khan. The meeting was attended by party’s Secretary General Amir Mehmood Kiyani, Additional Secretary General Awn Chaudhry, Saeed Akbar Niwani, Dr Murad Raas, Mian Khalid Mehmood, Shoaib Siddiqui, Pir Saeed ul Hassan Shah and other key leaders.
It was decided in the meeting that the organizational structure of the party will be completed soon. The maiden meeting of IPP was also attended by Dr Firdaus Ashiq Awan, Rana Nazir, Naurez Shakoor, Nauman Langrial, Ajmal Cheema, Yawar Kamal, Ch Akhtar Ali, Feyaz ul Hassan Chohan, Chaudhry Ikhlaq, Mamoon Tarar and others.
It was also decided in the meeting that the party will be organized at grass-root level and membership campaign will also be started soon.
