Dubai Police have introduced this facility to help people by repairing vehicles for free.

Sharjah: Drivers can now avail of a unique facility introduced by Dubai Police, allowing them to get their vehicles repaired for free after accidents.
According to Gulf Times, a new service has been launched in Dubai that enables those involved in accidents to immediately report to fuel stations for the repair of their cars.
In this regard, Dubai Police advised that some drivers can even avail of this new service, called "On-Demand," free of charge.
This facility applies to car owners involved in minor accidents or incidents where the other party is unknown.
The new initiative will grant permission for drivers to repair their cars soon after completing the necessary paperwork.
The procedure to benefit from this service is as follows:
- Visit an AutoPro workshop at any EPPCO or ENOC service station after a minor accident.
- The vehicle will be taken to an authorized workshop.
- After repair, the car will be delivered to the driver's residence.
The best part is that this repair service is provided free of charge to certain categories of residents, including the elderly and pregnant women, while other drivers can avail themselves of this new service for a fee of 150 dirhams.
