India may pull apart if minorities not protected: Obama
Obama stated that President Biden must raise the issue of the protection of the Muslim minority in Hindu-majority India.
Washington DC: Former US President Barack Obama said that if Narendra Modi's government does not provide protection to the rights of minorities in India, then there is a strong possibility that India at some point starts pulling apart.
During an interview with US media, when asked about Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the US, Barack Obama stated that President Biden must raise the issue of the protection of the Muslim minority in Hindu-majority India in his meeting with Narendra Modi.
